Tools
A core information system for recording archaeological fieldwork and related activities in the Czech Republic. It allows users to report groundworks, deposit data on the course and outcomes of excavations and surveys, and serves as a trusted digital repository for archaeological documentation. The system also provides data for other AIS CR tools.
Open the application

A web application for browsing and downloading data (such as documents) archived in the AMCR, offering access to information on excavations, sites, and finds collected in the archives of the Archaeological Institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Brno and Prague.
VisitA map that provides an overview of organisations authorised to conduct archaeological excavations in the Czech Republic, along with the exact geographical scope of their remit. You can quickly identify who holds the authorisation, where they operate, and how to contact them, making it easy to get in touch with archaeologists to arrange a new excavation or start a collaborative project.
Visit

A portal for reporting and publishing archaeological finds resulting from partnerships between archaeological organisations and amateur collaborators. It also establishes a formal framework for such active collaboration within the bounds of the State Monument Care Act.
VisitA tool for cataloguing archaeological 3D models and textures, forming one of the modules of the AMCR and the Digital Archive.
Visit

A set of application programming interfaces enabling automated extraction of data from the AMCR. It consists of an OAI-PMH API for accessing all metadata, a file API for downloading data, and an authentication API that can be used either independently (authorisation and authentication via an AMCR user account) or as part of authorised access to the OAI-PMH and file API.
VisitThe AMCR Knowledge Base provides detailed guides on how to use each module of the AMCR, explains the data model and overall system architecture, and summarises its history. It also includes the AMCR Newsletter – a non-periodical circular for users, which explains specific updates in detail and places them in the context of heritage management in the Czech Republic.
